1. Mumbai Delivery
If you’re located in Mumbai, we provide local delivery through our local delivery service.

2. Shipping Outside Mumbai
For customers outside Mumbai, we ship your order through our courier partners.
Shipping Charge: ₹75
The delivery time generally takes around 7–15 working days, depending on your location and the serviceability of the courier partner.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the courier company's network, remote locations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you so that you can follow your delivery.
Please make sure your phone number and shipping address are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays.
4. Delivery Delays
We work with courier and delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once an order is handed over to the courier, certain delays may be outside our control.

5. Replacement & Exchange
HETNHET follows a replacement-only policy.
If you need a replacement or size exchange, please follow the conditions mentioned in our Return & Replacement Policy.
Important: The product must meet the applicable replacement conditions, including the requirement that the original seal remains intact. Once the seal is broken, the product is not eligible for replacement or refund.
